Note: You do not need an iPod to listen... a "podcast" is an XML file that contains links to MP3 files. We use a PHP script to render its contents in html. For example, you could just enter the link http://www.incestbyproxy.com/incestbyproxyfeed.xml into your favorite podcast program as described in this tutorial , and receive new songs as we add them. Apparently, you can link your iPod to iTunes, and they will be automatically transferred as you sleep. Unfortunately, none of us can afford one, so we couldn't actually tell you whether or not this works.
